I loved working with Jess at n0de. She has that rare product design ability to take a messy idea, understand what it’s really trying to do, and turn it into something clearer, sharper and better than it was when it started.

At n0de she helped us move from big, sometimes half-formed thinking about net zero action into actual customer experiences, product flows, prompts, processes and deliverables that people could understand and use. Jess’s design talent alone is more than enough for me to recommend her. Jess is a driven and highly talented Product designer. Jess is a fantastic UI/UX designer! Jess designed screens for our website, patient app and our software platform which won the Australian Digital Health Agency Innovation award. I have never clicked with somebody so quickly both professionally and personally as I have with Jess. I have loved almost every minute working with her over the past 3 years - I say ‘almost’ because she is very persistent at getting me to do things that I initially thought were impossible, turns out that was her just believing in me more than I did myself. I recently collaborated with Jess after a recommendation from my business partner and we worked together to create a new website for Buddy. The best thing about the process with Jess was ease. It’s challenging to find a designer who is easy to work with and does what you ask and Jess went out of her way to suggest tweaks and additions to the site that were not expected but very useful. Timeframe, scope and attention to detail were all spot on and communication was great. In 2015 Jess Knollmeyer was part of a team as lead Digital producer for developing and finessing the online presence for the Cure for MND Foundation “Big Freeze at the G” campaign. This was a large scale, ambitious charity project aimed at raising funds for research into Motor Neurone Disease/Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (MND/ALS). The logistics of the project meant a high degree of flexibility, creativity, and persistence was required to develop an online website presence and donation facility that would meet our goals. Jess embodied all these traits, all with a degree of professionalism that was unparalleled, and without doubt Jess and her team played an integral part in making this campaign the huge success that it was. The Cure for MND foundation board of directors, including myself, could not recommend Jess highly enough for all digital development solutions, and we look forward to working again with her in the near future.

I had the pleasure of working with Jess at Discovery Group Australia where we managed a full company re-brand together. Jess is one of the most talented people I have ever worked with. It is scary that she is only 22! Not only is she very talented with her creative and graphic design skills, she has extensive knowledge and passion for all things digital.
