Challenge

Challenge is a Melbourne based not-for-profit that works with kids and families impacted by cancer. With an outdated website on a clunky and hard to use CMS, the team at challenge were looking for a friendly and fresh approach to their online presence. We kicked things off with an in-depth project workshop and stakeholder interviews to help flesh out what problems we were aiming to solve, what our project roadmap would be and what success would look like. Read more about our process below.

User Profiles & Journeys

User Profiles & Journeys

To help map out how, when and who is interacting with Challenge's online content, we first created some user profiles and journeys. This information was based on research and interviews done by the team at Challenge.

Following customer journeys, we started mapping out content and layout through prototypes. I work in a more high fidelity style, doing prototypes on Invision to start testing our concepts straight away.
